Kathy was a primary school teacher in the 1980s. She loved her work – teaching was all she had ever wanted to do.
This second volume of School Rhymes introduces us to more of her young pupils with their thoughts and experiences of school life. It must have brought back so many happy memories when she began sorting out her poems, typing them on her old portable typewriter and illustrating each one.
These are the last of her school poems but there is one more book to come with her observations on love and marriage.
